Dotify — Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026 · Dotify is operated by Trusplus Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) ("Dotify", "we", "us").

1. The service

Dotify (app.dotify.my) is an AI video creation platform: it generates marketing videos — scripts, voiceovers, scenes, captions and music — from products and ideas you provide, and offers optional publishing tools such as sending finished videos to your own connected social accounts (e.g. TikTok drafts).

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions, credits & payments

Dotify sells monthly subscriptions and prepaid credits. Subscription credits are valid for the paid 30-day cycle and expire at cycle end; a 30-day grace period applies before account suspension for non-renewal. Top-up credits do not expire. Credits consumed on completed generations are non-refundable; failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Prices may change with notice; taxes/fees may apply.

4. Your content & licence

You retain ownership of content you upload (product photos, voice recordings, audio) and of videos generated for you, subject to third-party model provider terms. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (including transmitting it to the AI engines that perform generation). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including any person's face or voice, and any music — and that your use of generated content complies with the rules of any platform where you publish it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Dotify to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or that impersonates real people without consent; nor to violate the policies of platforms you publish to. AI-generated content disclosures required by law or platform policy are your responsibility (Dotify provides tooling to help, e.g. burned AI labels).

6. Connected accounts

If you connect third-party accounts (e.g. TikTok, TikTok Shop), you authorise Dotify to perform only the actions you initiate (such as uploading a video you choose to your own drafts). We never post on your behalf without your action. You may disconnect at any time.

7. AI output

Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Dotify in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dotify at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Contact: amir@trusplus.my.
